All our Invitations are made to order therefore giving you the option to mix & match elements, allowing you to get the perfect Invitation and stationery for your special day designs.

Each of our designs can be adapted to suit other occasions such as Engagements, Anniversaries, Renewal of vows and more.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Is there a minimum order quantity for Invitations & Stationery?
No, there is no minimum order quantity,  however discounts will only apply to orders over a certain quantity or price

2. How do I place my Invitation / Stationery order?
You can place an order by contacting us with your requirements, we will get in touch with you and send you a quote

​3. When do I pay for my Stationery order?
Once you have accepted the quote given a 50% none refundable deposit is required on all Invitations & Stationery orders
 
4. Can I provide my own ideas?
Yes we are happy to create a design or idea you have

5. Can you do deigns with Disney / Marvel Characters?
No I cannot use images from Disney or other characters  due to copyright

6. How long will my Invitations & Stationery take?
Invitations & Stationery orders take approximately 4-6 weeks from approval

7. How long will my personalised gifts take?
We try to process personalised gifts as quickly as possible and get your order to you promptly please allow 7-14 days

8. Can I collect my order?
Yes you are most welcome to collect your order
 
9. Do you accept returns?
All items are fully personalised and made to your specification. Therefore items cannot be returned, unless faulty. Proofs for Invitation and Stationery are sent for you to check for any mistakes prior to printing.

10. Can I add personalised gifts to my stationery order?
Yes of course , that's perfectly fine to add any gifts to your order, please contact us with the items that you interested in

11. Can I place a custom order?
Yes we are happy to accept custom orders, please contact us and we will be in touch to discuss your requirements
